CERTIFIED PERSONNEL

2.         Approval of recommendation to employ Angela Skinner as counselor at South Hancock Elementary School for the 2018 – 2019 school year, subject to the successful completion of the necessary background checks.

3.         Approval of recommendation to employ Joan Mastascuso as a special education teacher at East Hancock Elementary School for the 2018 – 2019 school year, subject to the successful completion of the necessary background checks.

4.         Approval of to accept the resignation of Kyle Glass as P.E. teacher at West Hancock Elementary School for the 2018 – 2019 school year.

5.         Approval of recommendation to employ Joy Pulsifer, now properly certified, as teacher at South Hancock Elementary School for the 2018 – 2019 school year.

6.         Approval of recommendation to accept the resignation of Faith Smith as an assistant teacher at Hancock North Central Elementary School, effective June 28, 2018, for the 2018 – 2019 school year.  (Board Policy GBO)

 

7.         Approval of recommendation to accept the resignation of Ronald Speck as a full time bus driver for the Transportation Department, effective May 25, 2018, for the 2018 – 2019 school year.  (Board Policy GBO)

 

 

8.         Approval of recommendation to employ Lesley Kelly as a long-term substitute teacher at South Hancock Elementary School for the 2018 – 2019 school year, pending certification, at a daily rate of $100.00, subject to the successful completion of the necessary background checks.

 

9.         Approval of recommendation to accept the resignation of Kyle Glass as assistant High School Baseball coach, effective July 18, 2018, for the 2018 – 2019 school year. (Board Policy GBO)

 

10.       Approval to accept the resignation of Bridgette Ladner as assistant teacher at Hancock Middle School, effective August 1, 2018, for the 2018 – 2019 school year. (Board Policy GBO)

 

11.       Approval of recommendation to accept the resignation of Cynthia Frances as a full time bus driver for the Transportation Department, effective July 19, 2018, for the 2018 – 2019 school year.  (Board Policy GBO)

 

12.       Approval of recommendation to employ Tiffany Cuevas as a teacher assistant at Hancock North Central Elementary School for the 2018 – 2019 school year, subject to the successful completion of the necessary background checks.  (Board Policies GC, GCD, & IFBA)

 

13.       Approval of recommendation to employ of Joycelyn Washington as a full time bus driver for the Transportation Department for the 2018 – 2019 school year, subject to the successful completion of the necessary background checks.  (Board Policy GBO)

21.       Approval of recommendation to increase the salary rate for cafeteria substitutes for the 2018 – 2019 school year.

 

22.       Approval of the amended Hancock County School District Board Policy GBRL – Drug Free Schools and Workplace.

 

23.       Approval to renew the membership with the National School Boards Association for the 2018 – 2019 school year in the amount of $4,165.00.

 

24.       Approval to renew the SNAP Health Software for the 2018 – 2019 school year in the amount of $4,680.00.

 

25.       Approval of the 2018 – 2019 Crisis Plan for West Hancock Elementary School.
