3.         Approval of recommendation to employ Jillian Strong, now properly certified as teacher at Hancock High School, effective August 14, 2018, for the remainder of the 2018 – 2019 school year. (Board Policy GBD)

8.         Approval to create a para-professional position for speech therapy for the District for the 2018 – 2019 school year.

 

9.         Approval of recommendation to transfer Lou Ann Heim from the teacher assistant position at East Hancock Elementary School to the para-professional position for speech therapy at Hancock North Central Elementary and South Hancock Elementary Schools, effective September 17, 2018 for the remainder of the 2018 – 2019 school year.

 

10.       Approval of recommendation to employ Nancy Clark as a long-term substitute teacher at East Hancock Elementary School, effective September 24, 2018, for the remainder of the 2018 – 2019 school year, at a daily rate of $100.00.

 

11.       Approval to amend the effective resignation date of Emily Martinez as teacher assistant at East Hancock Elementary to August 17, 2018 for the remainder of the 2018 – 2019 school year.

 

12.       Approval of recommendation to employ Stacey Dronet as a substitute cafeteria worker with the Child Nutrition Department, effective September 17, 2018, for the remainder of the 2018 – 2019 school year.

31.       Approval of recommendation to accept the lowest quote to purchase a freezer and cooler replacement unit for Culinary Arts at the Career Technical Center from Associated Food Equipment & Sales in the amount of $10,770.00.

32.       Approval of recommendation to accept the lowest quote for 2 three-ton replacement units for East Hancock Elementary School from Southland Heating and Air in the amount of $8,510.00.

33.       Approval of recommendation to accept the lowest quote for a ten-ton replacement until for Hancock High School Field House from Johnstone in the amount of $6,488.25.

34.       Approval of the amended 2017 – 2018 District budget.

35.       Approval of the 2018 – 2019 District Test Security Plan.
