1.      Approval of recommendation to employ Ruth Pulsifer as a licensed employee at South Hancock Elementary School, effective September 11, 2019, for the remainder of the 2019 – 2020 school year, subject to the successful completion of the necessary background checks.

 

2.      Approval of Superintendent’s contract with Mr. Alan Dedeaux.

3.      Approval of recommendation to employ Wendy Allison as a long-term substitute teacher at East Hancock Elementary School, effective September 16, 2019, for the remainder of the 2019 – 2020 school year, at a daily rate of $100.00, subject to the successful completion of the necessary background checks.  (Board Policy GBD)

 

4.      Approval of recommendation to make application to the Mississippi Department of Education for a one-year license in the area of special education for Wendy Allison for the 2019 -2020 school year.

 

5.      Approval of recommendation to employ Jenna Ladner as a substitute cafeteria worker for the Child Nutrition Department, effective September 16, 2019, for the remainder of the 2019 – 2020 school year, subject to the successful completion of the necessary background checks.  (Board Policies BBD & GCD)

 

6.      Approval of recommendation to make application to the Mississippi Department of Education for a one-year license in the area of physical science for Crystal McCullough for the 2019 -2020 school year.

 

7.      Approval to accept the resignation of Marla Pennington as a Child Nutrition cafeteria worker effective October 3, 2019 for the remainder of the 2019 – 2020 school year. (Board Policy GBO)

 

8.      Approval of recommendation to transfer Patricia McKay from the 5.5 hour a day position at the Hancock North Central Elementary cafeteria to the 5.5 hour a day position at the West Hancock Elementary cafeteria, effective October 7, 2019, for the remainder of the 2019 – 2020 school year.

 

9.      Approval of lump sum payment for accumulated annual leave for retiring personnel.
