6.      Approval of recommendation to employ Kathryn Larsen as a long-term substitute teacher at a daily rate of $150.00, at Hancock North Central Elementary School, effective December 9, 2019, for the remainder of the 2019 -2020 school year.

22.  Approval to make payment #3 in the amount of $17,077.51 for professional services regarding the construction of the district office, payment #1 in the amount of $10,775.00 for services regarding the additional classrooms at the Performing Arts Center, payment #3 in the amount of $803.77 for services regarding the High School restrooms, payment #1 in the amount of $12,950.25 for the stadium entrance and payment #2 in the amount of $1,250.00 for the field house to Machado Patano.  (Board Policy DJ)

 

23.  Approval of recommendation to accept the lowest quote for the purchase of 2 Promethean boards for West Hancock Elementary School from AXI Education Solutions in the amount of $7,212.68.  (Board Policy DJ)

 

24.  Approval of recommendation to accept the lowest quote for the purchase mulch for West and East Hancock Elementary School playgrounds from Bourgeois Trucking in the amount of $13,640.00.  (Board Policy DJ)

 

25.  Approval of recommendation to accept the lowest quote for dirt and demolition of old playground equipment for Hancock North Central, West and East Hancock Elementary School playgrounds from Bourgeois Trucking in the amount of $10,290.00.  (Board Policy DJ)
