10.       Approval of recommendation to transfer Spencer Breland from the position of WAN PC Technician to Technology Director, effective February 10, 2020, for the remainder of the 2019 – 2020 school year.

 

11.       Approval of recommendation of the MSIS supplement for Justin Main, effective February 10, 2020, for the remainder of the 2019 – 2020 school year.

18.       Approval of the Hancock County School District Docket of Claims #2 (claim #s 95563 thru 95729) for the month of February 2020.  (Board Policy DJEG)

 

19.       Approval of the Activity Fund Claims Dockets #2 for all schools for the month of February 2020. (Board Policy DJ)

21.       Approval to make payment # 6 in the amount of $1,524.19 for professional services regarding the construction of the district office, payment #6 in the amount of $1,909.79 for services regarding the High School Commons, payment #5 in the amount of $2,075.00 for the field house, payment #5 in the amount of $562.65 for the High School restrooms, payment #2 in the amount of $15,461.26 for the Middle School addition, payment #2 in the amount of $20,130.00 for the High School gym entrance and payment #6 in the amount of $3,250.00 for the HVAC at the High School to Machado Patano.  (Board Policy DJ)

 

22.       Approval of payment in the amount of $13,500.00 in tuition fees for student at Hancock High School enrolled in dual credit classes during the Spring of the 2019 – 2020 school year to Pearl River Community College.

 

23.       Approval of the amended job title and description for Technology Director.

 

24.       Approval of the interest payment on the 3 mill note bond in the amount of $67,459.38 to Hancock Bank.

 

25.       Approval to renew Solidworks Educational Network from Go Engineer in the amount of $7,830.00
