Last night, Archery competed at Herritage Christian Academy. There were some impressive individual performances with our archers! Kristin Shaw and Ryleigh Spurlock both shot personal records with scores of 274 and 271. Bryson Ladner was our top male archer recording a score of 257. Bryson also recorded a score of 49 out of a possible 50 points during one of his rounds. Archery will travel to face Picayune March 12th.

Jaxson Knight and Kaison Koenenn were recently selected as MHSAA 6A All-District athletes!
Coach Entrekin said, "I am very proud of both of these guys. Their work ethic, drive, and love for the game jump off the page. They have high standards and expectations for themselves and I am glad to see their hard work paying off. I think the most impressive thing about these two is as great of athletes as they are, they are even better young men!"
Congrats for this amazing accomplishment!

The Lady Hawks softball team take the loss today against Oak Grove 13-9 but are victorious in the next game against Purvis, 12-2.
The Lady Hawks end their season today with a 36-27 loss to Terry in the playoffs at MGCCC.

Hancock Athletics in conjunction with Coastal Family Health will be providing Sports physicals for all Hancock students in grades 7-12 from March 17-March 28.
How to get a free sports physical through Coastal Family Health? Coastal consent form must be completed & signed (link below), AND a sports physical form must be filled out & signed by a PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN (attached, signature next to the X).
Fall sports tryout dates: We will be announcing these dates soon for all sports at both HMS and HHS.
How to get a paper copy of the sports physical that requires a signature? Print from the attachment, pick up a paper copy in the HMS Front Office, pick up a paper copy from the Hancock Athletic Office, or see any Hancock Coach.
Please note: All students with the required consent form completed and the paper physical form completed with a parent signature will be pulled from elective classes or athletic blocks by our Hancock Athletic staff and Coastal Family Health staff during the time frame of March 17-28.
