We know there is water on some roads throughout the county following the recent weather. At this time, Hancock County School District still plans to have school on Tuesday, May 26, at normal scheduled times.

However, if buses are unable to safely travel down your road or families are unable to safely leave their homes, student absences will be excused.

We are continuing to monitor conditions closely and will share any updates through ParentSquare and social media if needed. Please stay safe!

🚧 Traffic Update for Hancock High School Campus 🚧

Beginning Thursday, April 2, a section of Fred W. Haise Road between the CTC and Hancock High School campus will be closed during the school day to support a safer campus environment.

⏰ Closure Hours:
8:15 AM – 3:15 PM on school days

🚫 The road will be gated and locked during these hours.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we take steps to protect our students and staffulty.

HHS FBLA wants to thank everyone who donated stuffed animals. Also, Thank you to Camden Bates for the stuffed animals.

HHS collected around 90 stuffed animals for the State Troopers. Awesome job Hawks!! MS FBLA collected over 300+ animals. The State Troopers were so grateful for the generosity and love by FBLA.
