🍭 Tootsie Pop Experiment 🍭 Students conducted a fun, hands-on experiment to estimate how many licks it takes to reach the center of a Tootsie Pop. Each student followed the same procedure—licking only (no biting or chewing!) and counting every lick until the Tootsie Roll center was reached. Students recorded and compared their data, then discussed possible sources of variation such as licking speed, pressure, and tongue size. This sweet activity helped students practice data collection, averaging results, and understanding experimental variables—all while having fun! 😄🔬
