To help clear up any confusion, Hancock County School District will dismiss at normal times today, Monday, January 26.
Although schools started one hour later this morning, dismissal times are not delayed.

Due to cold morning temperatures, Hancock County School District will start school one hour later than normal on Monday, January 26. This delayed start helps keep students safe and allows time to ensure buses are operating properly so students are not waiting outside in extreme temperatures.
📍 Please note: The graphic includes adjusted arrival times and class start times for each school level.
Families are encouraged to use the StopFinder app for real-time bus updates.
Please continue to monitor ParentSquare and district social media for any additional updates.
