Pearl River Community College's Dental Hygiene students, Heather Royston, Allison Grubb and Raven Hall, visited The Hawks Nest today to educate the young Hawks on the importance of dental health. As February is recognized as Dental Health Month, this visit provided an excellent opportunity for the students to share valuable information and tips about maintaining good oral hygiene. The engaging session aimed to instill healthy habits in the children, fostering a lifelong commitment to dental care. #F2G #Hnation #FlyingToGreatness

Our HCCTC students' HALO drive brought sunshine and smiles to the residents at Woodland Village Nursing Home in Diamondhead. 🎉 OUR STUDENTS ARE THE BEST! 🎉 HCCTC students have been collecting items for nursing home residents for the past few months. It's great to see them respond to the HALO call and look outward to do great things. They also made Valentine's Day Cards to be handed out to all residents. ❤️. Below are a few pictures of just some of our awesome students and a portion of items that were collected!! Stay tuned for pics of the residents receiving their goodies!! #HALO #F2G #WeHaveTheBestStudentsEver #Hnation

Mrs. Entriken started a community outreach program at the HCCTC this school year that she is calling HALO, an acronym for Helping and Loving Others. She spoke to the CTC classes about the importance of being aware of the needs of others and taking action to lend a hand. Students in each building at the Career Tech were asked to bring in items to serve different needs in our community. Just as we expected, our awesome students have been answering the call. We will be sharing more about this program during the month of February/CTC month. #Hnation #F2G #HALO #OurStudentsAreTheBest
