We recently received a special visit in celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Mississippi Farm Bureau Federation’s Agriculture in the Classroom program! To mark the occasion, the State Women’s Leadership Committee is donating one agriculture-themed book to every public school library across Mississippi to thank schools for helping promote agriculture in their communities.
Along with the book for our library, they also provided coloring sheets for our 2nd-grade students to participate in a farm scene coloring contest. The students with the best artwork will receive a special prize!
We appreciate their support in helping our students learn more about agriculture! 🌾📚🎨

Thank you to those who sent in items for our HNCE Beta Pet Food Drive! This was our biggest collection yet! The animal shelter was very thankful for all of your donations. The class winning the ice cream sundae party with the most items collected was Mr. Arnold’s 1st-grade class! Thank you for supporting your community!

ESS specializes in recruiting, training, and supporting substitute educators who help keep our classrooms running smoothly when staff members are absent. Through this partnership, substitutes will have access to training, support, and flexible scheduling while continuing to serve students in our schools.
