Returning student registration codes were sent home today through ParentSquare. Please complete your students' registration before April 30th for the Early Registration Reward!

Today, a representative from Mississippi Power stopped by to teach our fourth and fifth grade students how to be Louie’s energy explorers. She gave a lot of tips and explained information about home energy consumption so students can learn to conserve electricity. Each student was given a kit to take home that included a power bar, two sensor light bulbs, a water flow regulator, and a shower timer. Students were challenged to complete a few different steps at home to further learn about Home energy consumption. The kit contains a paper for students to complete. After filling out their paper, please have them return it to their homeroom teacher. If all students participate, they will have a chance of winning a $500 grant!
