👓✨ Sight Savers is coming to our campus to provide FREE eye exams for students on Friday, August 29th! (Kindergarten, 2nd grade, & 4th grade students only)

If you would like your child to participate, please be sure to fill out the form and return it as soon as possible. Forms were sent home with students last week.

🚓🔥 Kindergarten wrapped up their amazing Community Helper unit with some exciting experiences! The kids loved a special visit from the Hancock County Sheriff’s Department, where they met a deputy and learned about keeping our community safe. 👮‍♂️💙

To celebrate, they also made delicious fire truck snacks—yummy and fun all in one! 🚒🍎 What a fantastic way to learn about the important jobs that help our town daily.

📚✨ Math came to life in Mrs. Carver’s 4th grade class last week! Students became the numbers on a number line in a fun, interactive activity all about rounding larger numbers. 🙌🎯

They acted out where their number belonged and demonstrated what it would round to when rounding to a specific place. Seeing math in motion made the concept really stick—and brought lots of smiles along the way! 😊💡

Mrs. Kyles 4th grade scientists just wrapped up their investigation on how many drops of water a penny can hold! 🧪💧

It's amazing to see them apply the scientific method in real-world experiments, testing hypotheses, and observing the results. We had a blast exploring surface tension and discovering the magic of water molecules!

🌟 Exciting News from PE Class! 🌟 Our amazing PE coach, Coach Jeremy, introduced Disc Golf to our elementary students this week — and they absolutely LOVED it! 🥏 Watching the kids learn the rules, aim their throws, and cheer each other on was incredible. It’s such a fun way to get moving, practice hand-eye coordination, and enjoy some friendly competition outdoors. Big thanks to Coach Jeremy for bringing this fresh and exciting activity to our school!
