Hancock County School District is seeking unpriced proposals for tablet devices for our high school students until February 5th, at 9:00 am. Central Time. The reverse auction will be held February 6th, 2023 beginning at 9:00AM.

A request for proposal (RFP) packet may be obtained from the Hancock County School District Technology Office located at 7180 Stennis Airport Drive BLDG T Kiln, MS 39556 or by calling 228-255-6269 or from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com, for a fee. 

Unpriced proposals can be mailed via FedEx or UPS, or hand-delivered to the Hancock County School District Office located at 18375 HWY 603 Kiln, MS 39556 and received before 9:00 a.m. on February 5th, 2024.

Unpriced proposals must be advertised and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope, “2024 HHS Tablet Devices”.  Failure to comply will cause the vendor to be ineligible for participation in the reverse auction.

The Hancock County School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals submitted and to waive any informalities.
